Wedding Packages

A. FULL RECEPTION, CATERING AND ACCOMMODATIONS

For the wedding ceremony and reception, we offer the following packages: Minimum booking is for 40 pax.

Note that additional 10% Service Charge shall be billed on any of the wedding packages. Taxes already included in the package rate.

I. INCLUSIONS:

Free Couple Room for Bride and Groom overnight stay

10% discount for room guests on room rates (not available if resort is on promo months)

II. Not Included:

These are NOT INCLUDED and shall be billed separately depending on the choice of the couple. Suppliers shall be provided where couple can directly negotiate the prices or you may choose your own suppliers.

Package meals may be availed for your support staff at P450/person

(already inclusive of service charge and taxes).

IV. Other Charges:

Should you want to use the Air-conditioned Event Hall for reception or ceremony,  we  shall  charge  additional  P25,000  for  its  use  for  6  hours. Excess hour or fraction thereof is charged P2,500.

Outside guests (those without room bookings) shall be charged P150 as entrance fee per person. Crew such as make up artist, photography, band members,  lights  and  sounds,  mobile  bar  shall  be  free  of  entrance  fee provided that proper corkage is paid and or minimal number not more than 15 pax for all crew members mentioned.

Please note that guests in the wedding ceremony and reception (who have not booked a room) are not allowed to use the swimming pool and other resort amenities like common shower rooms. Should they use the pool, gazebos, other resort amenities outside of the wedding package, or if they stay beyond the call off time of 10 PM, they will be charged P500/guest for entrance fee. For those staying overnight without proper booking, they shall be charged P1,650 per pax and shall be considered as ovenright staying guests.

V. RESERVATION:

To reserve, we require:

– Reservation Deposit of P30,000 non-refundable fee, deductible from total billing to block the dates.

– 50% of the balance 90 days before the event date

– Remaining Balance must be settled at least 30 days before the event date.

RENTALS ONLY:

I. Beachfront and Garden rentals – P35,000

II. Air-conditioned German Event Hall – P25,000

With basic sound system and mic; projector

Simple lights existing already in the resort

From 7AM-2PM or 4Pm-10PM only. Excess hour or fraction thereof is charged P2,500.
